I have a car thats been parked for about 6 months that had very little fuel in it when parked. I just bought a new battery and added 3 gallons of gas to the vehicle and cranked it over about a dozen times without so much as a hint of it starting. All the fluids are full and all where changed and topped before it was parked.

Check fuel pressure do you hear the pump run?
Then check for spark. Most likely gas may have shalacked the pump and it won't run.

Thanks, Doc!

The pump was screwed because the gas broke down and coated the whole fuel pump with a tar residue.

I'm about to install a new fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator after letting it sit for a little while longer.

My advice to people that let cars sit for without starting them for long stretches. Use a fuel stabilizer! It's a lot cheaper then replacing all the parts and the time involved replacing parts and cleaning the gunk out of the gas tank!
