Could be the brakes need replacing, the wear sensor could be just starting to touch the rotor.

OK, here we go. A couple of questions. When your car is running, standing still and in park, if you turn the steering wheel all the way to the left- then all the way to the right, then back to center, do you hear the noise? Or, is it only when the car is moving? Is the noise more pronounced when you turn to the left than to the right? Please advise.

It does make that sound still when im in park and I turn the wheels. It sounds like its comming from both ways but somethings it sounds more fromt he right then the left, cause I guess the owner before hit a curb thats why I had to replace my bearings

What it sounds like is the pivot bearings in the top of your strut towers are shot. When these are bad they will make a grinding noise when turning or a thumping noise when going over rough roads. You may want to get this checked out.
