I just need the distributor wiring diagram for my engine. I've tried looking it up and multiple very different ones I'm changing the cap and rotor someone else has done it before and I think they have mixed something up. I'm not sure I'm no mechanic, but I what I don't know I do my research until I do and get it right but the truck will sometimes crank and start up and sometimes it will do a kind of high pitch whine instead of cranking and sometimes it will start to crank then go do the whine but after you get it started and it runs for a bit and usually won't have a problem starting only when it's cold is when it tends to do it the starter is new I'm pretty positive it's some distributor problem.

There are two different engine set ups for the 4.3 liter, here are the firing orders for both to avoid confusion.

Firing Order .................... 1-6-5-4-3-2

The firing order is the same for both engines. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
