Disconnecting batteries to work on vehicle

I am replacing the starter solenoid and need to disconnect the batteries there are two on the rear passenger side and was wondering if there was a way to disconnect the power without having to lower both batteries. The vehicle is a 2006 ford e350 SD diesel with the 6.0 Thanks

you only need to disconnect the negative battery cable on frame it connects both batteries...see pic
