Did I already mess up my battery?

I was riding an e-bike with my car battery ratchet strapped to my frame on the way home from swapping out my battery from AutoZone, my battery slipped and went sideways (like a 90° angle) for about 2 seconds before I could get it back upright. Did I already mess it up?

No didn't hit the ground just went sideways for about 3 to 5 seconds. No leaks.
