Gear selector is hard to get out of park when on a steep hill

Dear Sir
I would like to ask a question that if we park (P) litter hilly place any ford, why gear is jam and sound to move (P), who we can avoid this and its dander for gear?

You are placing a lot of pressure on the parking sprag when it is on a hill. As a result, it is hard to move from park. You can avoid this very easily. Place the parking brake on so that it holds the vehicle in place. Then, place the vehicle in park. That way, the pressure is on the brake and not the transmission.

i mean to say, if I forget to follow your instruction, it is danger to park without handbrake, if not so, even this is difficult to change the gear it is not effect the system,

Okay, now I understand. You should always use a parking brake when leaving the vehicle. However, placing it in park should hold the vehicle for you.
