I need instructions on how to remove and reinstall the entire dashboard (so as to expose the HVAC unit).

Hi,

I attached directions below for the removal of the HVAC box. I'm not sure what exactly you are after, but if it is the heater core or evaporator, I don't think you need to remove everything.

Regardless, pic 20 starts the dash removal.

I hope this helps.

Take care,

Joe

Hello Joe,

Yeah, thanks for asking. At first, I was planning to replace the broken ventilation trim piece (they always break due to heat and cold variations). Then, I realized I didn't have to. There is also adhesive stickers all over the passenger air bag area, I was frustrated about how it all looked, but then I decided to use a heat gun and goo off material to take the adhesive backing off. So, no need to remove the dashboard or replace it. I am just going to replace the trim piece and do some cleaning up. Thanks again
