If something fell into the spark plug cylinder, would I be able to get it out by removing the intake manifold?

If something fell into the spark plug cylinder, wouldn't I be able to get it out via removing the intake manifold?? Through the ports.

It is possible but can I ask what it was, was it metal, can you fish a small magnetic down through the spark plug hole? When the intake valve opens there is little room to remove anything. I think you might have better luck through the spark plug hole. If you want to try through the intake manifold here is how to remove it. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response to the problem so we can see what's going on.
