I have a vacuum line that I believe was cut; it's a t-shape that comes off of the brake booster and goes right under the firewall underneath the wiper blades to a t shape. The one line that is coming down is the one that's cut, not sure where it goes.

Hello, are these the vacuum lines you are describing? These ones under the grill panel are for the Cruise Control Vacuum Reservoir. Here are the other diagrams for that system, as well as the instructions for accessing the vacuum reservoir. Its located at the base of the windshield under the grill panel. The rest of the diagrams below just show the system, and where the vacuum lines all run to, just incase you were not sure.

There are also vacuum lines inside the dashboard that control the heater doors, you may find other locations where there is a vacuum line running into the firewall, and if you look up under the dash inside the truck, you should be able to see some of the vacuum lines running to the air and heater doors, Ill put up those diagrams just so you have them. The last 3 diagrams will be for the HVAC system and will be inside under the dash.
