Engine does not crank soldered the three points on PCM?

removed the battery cables and nothing and won't go out of park.

Hi,

Which three points were soldered? Also, when you say, "won't turn over," do you mean the starter motor isn't engaging, or it does, and the engine won't start?

As far as being stuck in park, don't laugh, but are the brake lights working? I ask because the release actuator is powered by the brake lamp circuit. If there is no power to the brake lights, it won't release from park. Take a look at this link and let me know if it helps:
