Car cranks won't start first time usually starts after second crank. Now it's getting worse it threw two O2 sensor codes today I pulled the negative cleared the codes in hopes they would come back and I can't pull a code again.
Some symptoms cranks no start then eventually cranks over.

Stalls at light sometimes

Running rough

I thought crank sensor now I'm wondering about o2 sensor even though it's not throwing codes now. How can I check each sensor w a multimeter all 4 sensors to see if there working.

Check fuel pressure with a gauge and check for a vacuum leak like broken or hoses off. Auto parts rent gauge

No you need an adapter for the fuel line to attach a gauge or a pro can do it with a scanner with no adapter.

If you don't hook up any lines to the ones on radiator nothing will go in or out. You'll have to find out if the connections are metric or us then you may find a plug at hardware store if you want to plug the h oles, but normally only trans fluid goes through there and if you aren't using it don't worry about it.
