Replaced: battery, fuel relay, fuel pump, fuel filter
Checked: spark - good; fuses; new pump is pumping.
Engine still will not start.

Your engine needs four things to run.
1. Correct fuel pressure.
2. Sufficient spark.
3. Injector pulse.
4. Compression.
So, one of those things is missing.

Use an adjustable spark tester to make sure the spark will jump at least half an inch
If that is good, try some starting fluid or flammable carb cleaner and see if it will start temporarily.
If that does not work, do a complete compression test.

Thank you so much for your answer. Yes the plug has a good spark. Pouring gas into the carburetor (not the safest thing to do I know) results in the truck running smoothly until the gas is all used up. We can hear the new pump working. We undid the new filter and the gas is getting to that point from the tank. Compression sounds good. We are completely stumped. Would removing the line from the carburetor to the filter and blowing air through it achieve anything? Could it be a blocked line? Thanks for your help. This old work-horse has a hydraulic bale carrier in the box and we need to get it running to feed our livestock.

Test for injector pulse using a small bulb called a noid light. If no pulse found, check for power supply at one side of the injector with the key on.

Also, does you check engine light come on for bulb check when you turn the key on?

Do not go blowing in any fuel lines.

Thanks for the reply, it is 10:30 pm here now. I will check the check engine light tomorrow and buy a noid light in the city. I will hold off on blowing the fuel line out. Thanks again.
