Coolant reservoir

While pumping gas, I noticed my coolant flowing out from underneath the drivers side of the car. The coolant reservoir is on the passenger side. I lifted the hood and noticed the reservoir going empty. What could the problem be?

There is a leak in the cooling system. Based on the location, a good suspect is a ruptured hose or rusted hose clamp. You need someone to look at it to see what is leaking.
