I Drove the car for the first time today and after about thirty minutes I saw the temperature sign. And after that I had a very lack of power and broke down. Under the hood was coolant everywhere like it was sprayed. I figured the lack of power was from the TPS getting wet, after blowing the TPS off. I started it back up, but over headed after about five minutes it looked like it was coming from the over flow and hitting the fan. Would it overflow if it was almost gone? Could it be coming from the water pump? My coolant was completely gone.

Coolant can be coming from anywhere in the cooling system. Do not drive it much more than a few minutes until you figure out where and fix it. You said it looked sprayed. That could mean a burst hose.
