That's typical of a leaking heater core. This is not a common problem on this vehicle, so you might look at how long it has been since the coolant was changed. Acids build up in it over time. The water pump lubricant and corrosion inhibitors that prevent leaks in heater cores, radiators, and cylinder head gaskets wear out in about two years. That's why changing the coolant is recommended every two years.
