Concerning the fuel system and low idle

Cs3 Lancer 4g18 engine sohc. Where is the fuel filter located on this vehicle and are there any other gas filters I should be concerned with? Because it tends to idle low although I clean the throttle body and intake manifold.

The fuel filter for this vehicle is located in the fuel tank and is part of the pump. It does not require replacement unless you need to remove the pump for another reason or have fuel contamination.

I attached the process on how to adjust the idle but what is the idle currently? If it is around 700 or with 50 RPM either way then it is within range. Even if this is outside the range but the vehicle is running well, I would not adjust it. If the idle gets too low and is running rough then you should adjust it. Otherwise, I would not mess with it.
