Computer issue

Hi Ivan,

I have not heard of this issue but have done some research and it appears others are having the same issue.

They appear to fix it by clearing the memory of the radio. Here are the steps to access the "engineering screens" to do this.

Turn the engine on and leave it in Park
Radio off
Hold settings while at the same time turn the volume knob counterclockwise.

This will give you access to it then you need to look for an option to clear memory.

Select this and then go back to the main screen. You may need to turn the engine off and let the radio go to sleep. Then try setting the clock again.

As for the sunroof issue, this sounds like a switch/button issue. If the system works but only if you hold the button then the auto feature of the switch has failed.
