computer code P1400 differential pressure low voltage. Fix?

Flashing overdrive light on dash. Auto Zone code reader read P1400 code. Google said code equals differential pressure low voltage. Overdrive seems to work fine with no noticeable operational problems.

locate the EGR control solenoid, take the vent cap off, plug the vent with your finger and that will activate the EGR valve without having a vacuum pump. if it does this then your dpfe sensor is bad.
