Cold air intake, chip, throttle body spacer

I am thinking about adding a cold air intake, chip, and a tb spacer to a 3.0 v6 DOHC 6speed manual.
Question one- Would a TB spacer be worth it on this type of engine?

2. Which chip do you recommend for power & MPG gains? Would the Gforce chips that I always see for $70 really going to do what they say it can?

3. What kind of gains can I expect out of a cold air intake and would it be a good combination with a TB spacer?

The cold air intake as they call it is the biggest scam out there. The only one that benefits from you installing one of them is the guy that sold it to you. It will change nothing in engine performance as will the spacer also.

The chip just depends on what your expectations are. All they do is modify timing, shift points, rev limiters, etc. There will always be a price to pay for any gains in fuel mileage and if you live in a state that has emissions tests, you will likely fail. Technically, these chips are illegal to install.
