Codes P144A and P1450, what do they mean and how do I fix it?

Here are the code meanings:

P144A indicates that the evaporative emission system has detected a restriction in the purge vapor line, which is the line that allows fuel vapors to be drawn into the engine and burned. This code may indicate a blockage in the line or a malfunctioning purge valve.

P1450 indicates that the evaporative emission control system is unable to bleed up the fuel tank vacuum. This can occur if there is a blockage in the fuel tank vent system or if the fuel tank pressure sensor is malfunctioning.
