I replaced new fuel pump, fuel injector, spark plugs, cam sensor and map sensor. The car runs fine when it's cold but it acts up when it gets hot.

Hello,

This Direct Trouble Code (DTC) is for an unbalanced engine. Basically you are having a cylinder that is not performing as it should. The diagnostic troubleshooting instructions for this DTC are included in the diagrams down below, but require you to a factory code reader to perform a Power Balance Test to determine which cylinder is at fault. The things to check once the cylinder is identified can easily be done by yourself with no expensive diagnostic tools required, so here is an easier way to do a Power Balance Test yourself with an expensive scan tool to determine the faulty cylinder.
Start your vehicle and let it come up to operating temperature when the engine exhibits the problem. Now unplug the connector to one fuel injector and listen to the engine rpm's, or better yet, have an assistant watch the rpm gauge if your vehicle has a tachometer. If this is the affected cylinder, there will be none to little change in the vehicle rpm's. If the rpm's drop then plug the injector back in and continue on to the next one until the bad cylinder is found. Then follow the instructions in the guide after finding the bad cylinder. Please get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex
