Hi, so I have a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse spyder gt. I recently had a code p1603 show up after replacing the starter. A bit of history on the car, I have replaced the starter, distributor, alternator, battery, battery terminals and fuel pump. The car will crank but will not start. It have a “service engine soon” light…from my understanding the p1603 code is the connection from the ECM and the TCM..how do I fix this?
