Hi,

Code P0300 is a random misfire code. This can be caused by several different things. It can be due to needing a tune-up, fuel pressure issues, a partially plugged catalytic converter, low engine compression, even an engine vacuum leak, and the list goes on.

Is this the only code present? If it is, let's start simple. First, check to see if there are any engine vacuum leaks.

Here is a link that explains how to check:

Let me know if you find any or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
