I was told that since the gearbox is quite heavy, it is best to take the engine out in order to change the clutch. It seems like a lot of works to replace the clutch. I have never changed a clutch plate o an 4x4. So I am not sure if it can be done in a conventional manner by uncoupling at the bell housing from the engine, decoupling the prop-shaft and moving the gearbox away to allow access to plate and diaphragm. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

They do not give us much on this repair. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Then I can look at it tell help you with the repair. Please let me know.
