Clutch pedal failure

I just had my clutch replaced not even thirty days ago, along with slave cylinder and flywheel, $1,100.00, now I just was driving and pushed down on the clutch it popped again and pedal went the floor. This was same thing three week's ago.

It should be warrantied by person who installed it take it back to them

If I may but in here, I have seen where the clutch fork is bad allowing the pivot to slip which would cause this problem as well.
