clicking noise. "ses" light

I just bought this car and within days it started making a clicking noise from the engine compartment and the check engine light came on. After checking the light the code p0455 came up, it was something to do with the evap system. I think the noise is coming from a part right behind the air filter compartment. What is that part called? I know its evap something.

its not in the diagram, the part making the noise is behind the air filter compartment. It's the only thing between the filter compartment and the rear of the hood. it would be next to the timing belt.
