I noticed that when I start my car and leave where ever I’m at, that there’s a huge puddle where I had just parked. I parked my car on my driveway, I waited a little until it leaked and took a paper towel and the liquid was completely clear on the paper towel. However, it did stain a black pavement a few hours later. Could it still be water or something else? My car has not overheated or had any foul smells. I got concerned when I saw that it stained the black pavement.

Hello,

Are you running your a/c where you are at? Regardless H2O (water) is a byproduct of the catalytic converters. You should have water coming out of your tailpipe with healthy catalytic converters, so, this probably is just water that has collected in your mufflers when you shut your car off. Also, when you use your A/C, your system sweats and produces water as well. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Thanks,
Alex
