Installed spark plugs and wires because it did not have power it should have now that is fixed. And it takes four or five tries to start. Had alternator starter checked and they are good, but the guy said he could my circuit board burning. What do I need to do?

Start with the basics, have the fuel pressure checked. you may have good spark but the if its taking that long to start, something else is going on, is the check engine light on? you should have around 60psi for fuel pressure running.

at this point if you're sure you have good fuel pressure and volume, and a good spark. The vehicle really needs to have a scan tool put on it to monitor the system. the crank sensor (which is a hall effect sensor) could be on its way out, same with the cam sensor. Ive seen engine codes set for a crank sensor that actually turned out to be a shorted cam sensor because they shared input voltage inside the PCM. So it may take some real diagnostic work to figure out your slow start condition without any codes being set,
