Wipers radio p windows intermittantly will not work when vehicle is started but will work when switch is in on position

Hi:
It could be a ground problem or a bad Body Control Module (BCM). Try disconnecting the battery for 5+ minutes to see if it will reset. If it doesn't, you will need to have a mechanic with the proper test equipment check it.
