2002 Chrysler Town and Country Driver power window

My driver side power window gets stuck intermittently. It will roll down and then roll up only part way and stop then after waiting several minutes it will roll up a bit more or if you wait 10 minutes or so it will roll up all the way. I changed the actual window switch on the door and it still does this. I was going to change the motor and regulator what do you think?

I have a 2001 T & C with the same problem. I think it is actually the motor for the electrick window starting to go. If the window gets stuck half way down, I put my hand on it and give it a little nudge and it will move on its own again. But I believe it is the motor.
