Sparatic problem - doesn't happen all the time, but my T&C's key won't turn. This has happened a couple times, the latest this morning. Usually it will not turn, then 5 or so minutes later it will and van fires right up. This morning it took over 20 minutes and finally it turned. The problem, I would guess, is not the starter. Maybe something to do with the key itself?

Did you try wiggling the steering wheel? On some makes and models, if the steering wheel lock mechanism isn't engaged, you can't turn the key.

You also might try working the shifter a little, see if it helps.

When the key refuses to turn, flip the key 180, try it again, if it then works, you need to have them cut another key. If it still doesn't work, the bulletin says you need to replace the lock cylinder and switch.
