i have a 2002 Chrysler Sebring that needs a new engine i was wondering if i buy a 2006 engine that is also a 2.7L engine for a sebring also will it work for my car an fit without any problems? or Can i buy a 3.0L engine and it work for my car?

We recommend staying with the exact replacement. I'm not saying the newer one won't work, but they change things so often, god knows what will give you trouble. You could call a salvage yard to find out. They have the cross reference info that may help you.
