Trans has been leaking lately. Therefore cuasing my trans to slip alot lately. Would like to fix my myself a.S.A.P but dont know where to begin

Hello,

First need to figure out were it is leaking. Here are a few places to look first.

Look at the CV Axles were they got into the tranny, they are the most common sources of leaks. Next would be the tranny pan. The next place which is the, expensive fix which you may not be able to do, front pump seal. In order to change it you have to remove the tranny. And to tell if that seal is the culprit there will be ranny fluid dripping from the area were the tranny and engine block meet. And in order to find any of the leaks you may need to clean the under side of all oil.
