Can a sparkplug misfiring blow your engine my warranty company is trying to stick it to me saying a sparkplug blew my engine. My dealer says the engine overheated which caused it to blow. Just trying to get another opinion. Thank You

I don't think a misfiring plug will blow the engine but an overheated one will seized it.

If its an interference engine and the timing belt let loose it wiil damage the plugs/valves/pistons etc
