2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser What is it called?

The part # is PA66 5121. It attaches to the side of the valve cover and a hose runs from it to upper intake manifold. The parts itself has a valve in it, the hose broke off and I need to replace it. What is it?

That would be you "Positive Crankcase Valve" (PCV). The part you probably broke is called the "Elbow", not the hose or the valve itself. You can buy one of those for $2.00. Just take your old one to a parts store so they can make sure to give you the correct part.
