At what mileage should we have the cambelt changed on our car, we have asked the dealer in wellington new zealand and they don't seem to be able to tell us!

My maintenance guide book for the 2001 PT cruiser say timing belt should be checked and replace between 100and 120000miles
to be at the safe side you should have it looked at and replace if not done so yet
