2001 Other Chrysler Models dead instrument panel

My instrument cluster went dead no speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, temp gauge, or turn signals or hazards could this be the BCM what do you think

Hi:

Have you checked the basics? (Fuse, ground.) If you have and there is no obvesious problems, let me know what model the vehicle is, does it have a digital dash, and everyting that stopped working, and I'll try to help you diagnose the problem.
