I have a 1999 Chrysler LHS. The vent blower is blowing at full speed and I can't control the amount of air with the knob. The air conditioning and the heat are working just fine, but the blower is blowing out full blast. Any ideas?

Hi:
Is the blower on high no matter what setting it is on? Also, will it shut off?

Yes the blower stays on high no matter what the setting is or where the knob is turned to. It will not shut off at all. I've tried several times to turn it off but when I do the blower sounds like it gets louder with the thermostat off.

Try this, disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes to see if that will reset the climate control. If it doesn't you will most likely need to have it checked at a dealer with the proper tools.
