Two days ago the weather was really cold and I went out to try to start my car and it wouldn't start so I put some heet in the gas tank along with a gallon and a half of gas and it still doesn't want to start. What are the symptoms of the fuel pump going out? Also My aunt noticed that when I try to start the car one of the spark plugs pops out?

To tell if the fuel pump is bad you have to perform a fuel pressure test at the fuel rail.

First check the spark plug for damage, if the threads are stripped or the electrode bottom is bent then chances are it was hit by the piston, and you should have the engine serviced, if no physcial damage on it is seen then it was just loose and the vibration and pressure popped it out.

If the plug is stripped, ask around the shops if you can still but sleeves for aluminum heads. They usually strip when plugs are being tooken out repeatedly when the engine is still too warm
