I was replacing the fuel filter. When I went to take off the side that heads toward the front of the car, I broke the little plastic retaining ring. That holds the hose onto the filter. The flexible hose that connects to the filter, connects to the steel one that runs the length of the car. It is a molded fabricated piece. I want to know if I can get just the plastic ring, or do I need to get the whole fuel line. If I have to get the whole line, do I have to get the entire thing? From the fuel rail all the way back to the filter?

Hi:
You should be able to get just the clip. You may, however need to purchase it from the dealer, but I would try a parts store first.

Let me know if you have other questions.
