1991 Chrysler Le Baron Tranny is locked in low

Either it is a problem with (metal) parts in the transmission (worst but most probably case) or it is a problem with a blocked wire, then you can release the wire from the transmission and switch manually to wherever you want it to be or it might be just something blocking the gear knob, remove the middle console and check for any rubbish or parts underneath it
