2000 Chrysler Concorde electric door locks unlock not lock

Hey, how you doing. I have 2000 Chrysler Concorde 2.7l V6 with power windows, door locks, when I use the door switch on either driver or passenger side doors they will unlock the doors but wont lock. I've checked the fuses their good and the harness to the switches they're connected, no wires seem to be broken or cracked. Any help would greatly appreciated, Thanks, Joe.

If you have a key fob, see if the locks work with it. If they still don't lock, suspect a problem with the body computer or the lock relay. If they do lock with the remote, you will know the lock relay is ok.

You can switch the lock and unlock relays around. Then, if the locks only lock and don't unlock, you have a defective relay.
