Check engine light comes on, code 21, bank 1 sensor 1 replaced, same results except check engine light takes longer to come on. What could cause this and how many O2 sensors are there?

Your vehicle only used one oxygen sensor. If you have replaced the sensor and still get the same code then check the wiring of the sensor. Also check for any exhaust leaks and have cat. Converter flow tested.
