1999 Chrysler Cirrus dont know whats wrong with my car?

I have a crysler cirrus and I have been taking it to quite a few mechanics and nobody knows whats wrong. When its cold I can step on it and it'll go. But when it starts to warm up its starts jerking.I press the pedal but I have to play with the pedal for it to go. When I do the a/c while its warm. Lets just say ill never get home. Ive put a new distrubuter but now there saying it could be something wrong wit it and we have to get a new one.I just want to know whats going on please I need some help. Im having a baby and I need my car fixed b4 then. Please help me!

Has the check engine light ever come on? Has anyone checked fuel pump pressure when the engine is hot and having trouble? Have they looked for vacuum leaks? When was the last time a fuel filter was replaced?

I know this sounds like a lot of questions, but I need to start at some point to eliminate things.

My check engine light stays on.I had got a new fuel pump and a fuel filter put on. I havent checked for any vaccum leaks but they never said anything about that. Those were the first things they did. My mechanic has gotten a distrubter but we had put one on already about a year ago. So he went ahead and got another one. But im still not sure whats going on.
