CAR WAS WORKING GREAT
THIS MORNING I CAN'T MOVE OUT OF PARK
STICK IN CONSOLE WILL NOT MOVE

IS THIS SOME TYPE OF SAFETY FEATURE TO
TELL ME I'M LOW ON TRANSMISSION FLUID
OR SOMETHING?

Ok check fuse number 19 it is a 10 amp fuse. It sounds like it may be blown. Let me know what you find.

Probably shift interlock mechanisn, won't let you shift without your foot on the brake. There is a dark green wire with white tracer carries voltage to the brake switch. When the brake switch is activated, the same color wire carries voltage to the shifter assembly. Check for voltage on the circuits.
