2000 Chrysler 300 4 disc CD changer

2000 Chrysler 300 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Had 3 CD's stuck in changer. Removed discs and replaced the radio. The lights on the changer blinks on all 4 discs including the ready light. The CD's will not go into the changer and will not function. Can you help?
