Flat spot on acceleration

Hi I own a2000 chev silverado 4x4, 4.8L engine with 195000km, s on it. It has a very pronounced flat spot on acceleration.I recently replaced the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and performed a tune up. Any suggestions?

For a start check the throttle position sensor it takes the place of a carbuerator accelerator pump. Could also be the oxygen sensor getting lazy or a MAP sensor.
