2004 Chevy Truck water leak

I have a water leak into the left side of the dashboard where the fuses are located. I think it may be a bad seal @ the bottom left portion of the winshield but it may be a drain plug problem.

If it is a drain plug problem I need to know where they are located. Can you help?

The drains are located on the far end by the fender, you will probably have to remove the wiper arms and the grill so you can get down inside their with your hands or take it to a local car wash and clean it out
