2003 Chevy Truck HVAC Blower Fan

My fan mootor quit working on my 2003 Silverado truck. I checked and replaced the fuse, that didn't help. Where is the fan located? I looked on the firewall when I open up the hood and can't see it.

Look under the dash on passenger side.
