2003 CHEVROLET TRUCK
I am getting ready to replace the rear brake pads on my 2003 T-Blazer EXT 4x4.
Do I need a Caliper Reset Tool, or can I use a C-Clamp or Channel Locks to reset the caliper like I do on front brakes?

You can use A c clamp on it before you take the iner pad off use it to colapse the caliper that way you dont damage the iner part of the piston
